SMITH, <br />husband-and wife, of Shelton, Nebraska, hereinafter called <br />"Lessors," and ROGER C. DENXERT and MARTLY'N J. DENKERT, husband <br />and wife, 4f Xenesaw, Nebraska, hereinafter called "Lessees'"; <br />WiTNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Lessees have constructed a residence on the prop- <br />erty hereinafter described, being located on surveyed. Island #7, <br />is Sec. 30, T. 9 N., R. 12, Hall County, Nebraska, of the Platte <br />Riirer, extending to the center of the river on the north side; and, <br />WHEREAS, Lessors are the owners of said progerty and are <br />desirous of Leasing said progerty to Lessees; <br />NC~r THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED as follows: <br />Lessors hereby lease to Lessees the following described <br />premises, to-wit: <br />A portion of Island #7, in Section 30, Township 3 <br />North, Range 12, Hall County, Nebraska, more particu- <br />larly described es follows: Commencing at the North- <br />east corner o€ Section 3i, thence West 1533 ft., thence <br />North 395 ft. to the Point of 3eginninq; thence con- <br />tinuing North to the thread of the stream, or tha center, <br />of the Platte River; thence Westerly along the thread of <br />the stream to a point 203 ft. West of the Paint of Begin- <br />ning; thence South to a point that is 203 ft. West of the <br />Point of Heginnina; thence East 206 ft, to the Paint of <br />Bzginning, (it being understood that this property will <br />be surveyed and if there is a correction in the des- <br />~riptipnr it i3 agreed that this description will be re- <br />placed by the corrected desc:riptian}; <br /> <br />~,. <br /> <br />
