Nelson, <br />were married on June li, 1960, and we have been married ever <br />sinee that time and we still are wife and husband on this <br />date; further, that on the above dates of Dedications, namely, <br />October 8, 1977, and January 14, 1978, we were married and the <br />said•Betty M. Nelson was my wife. <br />Tn consideration of my marriage to Betty M. Nelson, <br />and other valuable consideration, I hereby RATIFY and CONFIRM <br />the Dedications and agree to assume and comply with all of the <br />terms thereof, as well as the terms of the Subdivision Agree- <br />ments in connection therewith. <br />In addition, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I. <br />Gerald D.
