Schuele and Phyllis Ann Schuele, each in his and her own <br />right and as spouse of the other, GRANTOR, in consideration of FORTY <br />THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOi,ZARS ($40,200.00), received from. GRANTEES, Paul <br />B. Messing and Elaine M. Messing, husband and wife, conveys to GRANTEES, <br />as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
