`/3857-L - 9/8/80 "t~0~i~~ 11.1..2 if default shall be made by Mottgagor in-the performance of ar compliance with any other term or condition contained herein (other than those referred to in the foregoing subsection 11.1.1) and such default shall continue for a period of sixty (60) days after notice thereof from Mortgagee to Mortgagor, or, in the case of a default or a contingency which is susceptible of being cured but which- cannot with due diligence be cured within such period of sixty {60) days, and Mortgagor fails to proceed with- all due diligence within such period of sixty (60) days to cotasence the curing of the same and thereafter to pzosecute the cur-ing of such default wit4 all due diligence; or 11.1.3 if Mortgagor shall file a voluntary petition in bankruptcy or shall be adjudicated a bankrupt or insolvent or shall file any petition seeking any reorganiza- tion, arrangement, composition, zecapitalization, readjust- ment, liquidation, dissolution or si;.~ilar relief under any present or future state or federal bankruptcy act, or shall seek or consent to or acquiesce in the appointment of any trustee, receiver or liquidator of Mortgagor or of all or any substantial part of its properties or of the Property, or shall. sake an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or shall ad:it in writing its inability to pay its debts gener- ally as the same become due; or 11.1.4 if within ninety (96) days after the ewsencemertt of any proceedings against Mortgagor seeking any reorganization, arrangement, recapitalization, readjustment, liquidation, dissolution or similar relief under any bank- ruptcy iav, such proceedings shall not have been dismissed, 13 C....
