V3857-L - 9/15/80 <br />~~~~~~~~ <br />7. Security Agreement <br />This Mortgage shall create a security interest in <br />t3~e Equipment and shall in respect thereof constitute a secu- <br />rity agreement. Mortgagee shall be entitled to all of the <br />rights an d: remedies in respect of such personal praperty as <br />are affoxded a secured party under the Uniform Commercial <br />Code aad other agplica ble laws, At Mortgagee's request, <br />Mortgagor will at any time and from time to time furnish <br />Mortgagee (for filing) financing statements signed ~' Mort- <br />gagor in form satisfactory to Mortgagee. Mortgagee may at any <br />time, at its option, waive and release its security interest in <br />any or all of the Equipment, but no such waiver or release <br />shall be effective unless set forth in a writing signed by <br />Mortgagee and no such waiver er release shall affect Mort- <br />gagee's lien or security interest in respect of any uther <br />portion of the Property. <br />8. Status of Suaarior Mortgaaes and Leases <br />8.3 Mortgagor will duly and punctually comply with <br />all of the terms, covenants and conditions of the Superior <br />Mortgages, and will pay when due all interest, principal <br />and other sums and charges due thereunder. Mortgagor will <br />promptly fotxard to Mortgagee 4i) any and all notices received <br />by it Eros Superior Mortgagee and iii) all notices which <br />1+IOrtgagor gives to or receives from tenants of the Property or <br />respecting the occurrence or alleged occurrence of any default <br />in the performance of tenants occupying any poztior. of the <br />Property.
