~~ <br />80-'~05I$~ <br />ASSIGNMENT OF <br />RENTS, LEASES, INCOME AND PROFITS <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made as of the 15th day of September, <br />1980, by and between GRAND ISLAND MALL, LTD., a Nebraska limited <br />parY.nershig with offices at 2228 North Wehb Road, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska (herein called "Assignor") and ASSET MANAGEMENT CORP., <br />formeriy known as United Jersey Mortgage Company, a corporation <br />of the State of New Jersey, having its principal offiee at 25 <br />East Salem Street, Hackensack, New Jersey (herein called "Assignee"), <br />W i T N E S S E T H: <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVER, Assignor hereby grants, tra~afers <br />and assigns to Assignee the following Leases, hereby warranting <br />that Assignor is the owner of the entire Lessor's interest <br />therein: <br />i. Lease Agreement (long and short form} with F.W. Wool- <br />worth, as lessee, dated March 9, 1978. <br />2 Lease Agreement with T.R.T., Inc., djb/a Taco Del Sol, <br />as lessee, dated September 25, 1979. <br />3. Lease Agreement with Nadine P. Mathews, djbja The <br />Pet Gallery, as lessee, dated November 15, 1979. <br />Together with all rents, income and profits arising <br />fros said Leases and renewals thereof, if any, and together <br />with all rents, income and profits due or to become due from <br />the gremiaes hereinafter described and from all leases for <br />the use and occupation of the said premises which are now in <br />existence or which may be executed in the future during the <br />term of this Assignment. <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING: <br />1. Payment of the indebtedness evidenced by that cer- <br />tain Note of even date in the principal sum o€ THREE MILLION <br />THASB BUt+1DREA SEVENTY-FINS THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS <br />(53,375,0.00.00) made by ASSIGNOR payable to the order of ASSIGNEE, <br />and secured by a certain Mortgage of even date herewith <br />
