KGLAR, hereinafter called"the <br />Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising all of Lot One <br />(1J, Colonial Estates Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, <br />` Nebraska, said tract containing 0.557 acre, more or less, desires <br />to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br />lead which is located within the c~rporate.Jimits of the City of <br />" Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of <br />such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat <br />of such proposed subdivision to be knacsn as FAIDLE~ PLACE SUfiDiVISiON, <br />designating explicitly the land to be laid out, and particularly <br />" describing the lets and easements belonging to such subdivision, <br />with lots designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and <br />proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved <br />by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be <br />acknowledged by such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by <br />a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the ease- <br />- ments to the use and benefit of public utilities. In consideration <br />of the acceptance of the plat of said FAIDLEY PLACE SUBDIVISION, <br />the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, that he will install ar provide at his expense the <br />following improvements: <br />1, Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to abject to any <br />repaving district of Faidley Avenue or Faidley Place where they abut <br />the subdivision, <br />2. Water. City water service is available to aiI lots within <br />the subdivision fTam Water Main Project 7$-W-4. <br />3. Sani.taXy Sewer. The Subdividers agree to petition far <br />the construction of sanitary sewer to serve all lass in the subdivision <br />pxor to requesting any occupancy permit for any structure in said <br />su~rdivi&o~ and agree to connect such structures to the City's <br />sanpa~'y sewer.
