<br />RAYMOND E. STAALA and DIANE R. STAHI~A, husband and wife, each
<br />in-his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein called
<br />the Grantors, in consideration of 6NC d~llE,- ,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey
<br />unto the
<br />C3TY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the
<br />Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to
<br />survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove,
<br />sad operate thereon underground electric utility lines, cables,
<br />terminals, transformers, surface markers, and other appurtenances
<br />connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, across, underneath,
<br />and through a sixteen (i5) foot wide tract of land containing 0.33
<br />acre, more or less, labeled "Electric Easement" located in part of
<br />the Northwest Quarter (NWT) of Section Twenty-six (25), Townshig
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten {10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as shover. on the accompanying plat marked Exhibit
<br />"A", dated 7/4/$0, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
<br />reference, together with the following rithts: unrestricted ingress
<br />and egress to the above described tract of land for the installation,
<br />maintenance, operation, and removal of such utilities and appurtenances.
<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights
<br />necessary Eor the full and complete us, occupation, and enjoym..nt
<br />of the easement herein granted, including the right to excavate and
<br />refill ditches ax-d trenches, to remove, clear and keep clear of trees,
<br />bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other obstructions interfering with
<br />the surveying, construction, inspection, maintenance, repair, replace-
<br />2aent, extension, =emoval, or operation of such utilities. No improve-
<br />ments, structures, buildings, or fences of any kind whatsoever shall
<br />be alloyed in, upon, above, along, across, underneath or through
<br />the easement herein granted.
