<br />JAMES WEBSTER and DONNA WEBSTER, husband and wife, Grantors, in considera-
<br />tion of termination of partnership interest anti other valuable consideration
<br />received from Grantees, quitclaim to Grantees, WALTER WEBSTER, RICHARD
<br />WEBSTER and JOHN WEBSTER, as tenants in common, the following described
<br />real estate (as defined in Section 76-201, R.R.S. 1943) in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the North Half of the South-
<br />east Quarter (N~ SEA) and pazt of the South Half of the South Half
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (S'~ S~ NE'a) of Section Fnur (4), Township
<br />Nine (9,) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6tn P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NEB),

<br />whose radius is 283.3 Feet (initial tangent of which forms a deflec-

<br />of beginning and containing 96.189 Acres, more or less, of which
<br />1.219 Acres, more or less, are presently occupied by county road
