<br />Norman E. Anderson and Sonya Pi. Anderson, husband and wife, herein called

<br />of which is hereby acknowledged, botchy grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF CRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a per-
<br />manent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, main-
<br />tain, repair, replace, extend, remove and operate thereon, underground electric utility
<br />lines, cables, terminals, transformers, surface markers, and other appurtenances,
<br />connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, across, underneath and through a tract
<br />of land located in part of Westgate Subdivision, a subdivision in Hall County,
<br />N>_~raska, more particulary described as follows:

<br />division, said tract of land containing 0.055 acres more ore less as
<br />shos.-n on the plat dated 4/~~80, Narked Exhibit "A", and attached hereto
<br />and incorporated herein by reference.

<br />installation, maintenance, operatioz+. and removal of such utilities and appurenanc~s.
<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for the
<br />foil and complete use, occupation and enjoyment of the easement herein granted,
<br />including the right tc excavate and refill ditches and trenches, to remove, clear,
<br />and keep clear trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other obstructions inter-
<br />feting with the surveying, construciian, inspection, rz:aintenance, repair, replacement,
<br />ertensian, removal ar operation of much utillties. ':o improvements, structures,
<br />buildings, or fences ei one kind whatsoever,~hall be allowed in, upon, above, along,
<br />across, underneath, or through the easement herein Kranted.

<br />prcuided, if Grantee Hoods to consiru~t, inspect, maintc,in, repair, replace,
