$t~-~: U04996 56 positive (aggregate) balance of the capital account(s) of -such class of Partners, over (B) the Desired Capital Halance of such class of Partners (as defined in Section 21.8). 21,4.2 Loss shall next be charged to the capital accounts of the Partners, in the case of each class in proportion to, and to the extent of, the excess, if any, of {A) the positive aggregate balance of the capital accounts of such class of Partners, over (H) the Preference of such class of Partners (as defined in Section 21.9). 27.4.3 Loss shall next be charged to the capital accounts of the Limited Partners to the extent necessary to make the aggregate balance thereof equal to 99 times the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate balance of the capital accounts of the General Partners, over {ii} the General Partners' Priority. 27.4.4 Loss shall next be charged to the capital accounts of the General Partners to the extent necessary to make the aggregate balaf~ce thereof equal to the sum of (i} the General Partners' Priority, and (ii) 1/99 of the aggregate positive balance of the capital accounts of the Limited Fanners. 27,4,5 Loss shall next be charged to the capital acoounta of the Partners until the aggregate balance of the capital acrnunts of the General Partners _.__!
