If the foregoing conditions for the continuation of the Partnership and admission of a succes- sor General Partner or Partners are satisfied, each of the Limited Partners sha'1 be deemed to have consented thereto unless he sends written notice to the contrary to the Partner-ship and to each of the Partners within 15 days after receiving notice from any Partner that such conditions have been satisfied.
