~~ 094996 25 thereof, or such lesser amount as shall be necessary to maintain in such account an amount not to exceed $100,000, and (by the amount, if any, by which the expenditures during the current year or fraction thereof chargeable to such account exceed the balance thereof as of the heginning of the current year or fraction thereof. The general Partners shall cause to be deposited in a special account within 30 days following each month, an amount equal to the sum credited to the Cash Reserve Fund account for that month. ti.3.1 The Cash Reserve Fund account shall be charged only (a) with those expenditures which, fox fe62ra1 income tax purposes, must be cagitaiized and depre- ciated or amortized over a period of more than one (1) year, and (b) with those expenditures which are used to meet an operating deficit.
