21 <br />s~~- ~o~sss <br />on the Partnership's property, but excluding Defieit Loans} <br />have been amortized during such year or fraction thereof <br />other than out of the proceeds of any sale, refinancing or <br />other capital transaction, and (B} the amount of the addition <br />to the Cash Reserve Fund required to be made for such year <br />or fraction thereof under Section 11.3, shall next be cred- <br />' ited 20.8$ to the capital accounts of the General Partners <br />and 79.28 to the capital accounts of the Limited Partners. <br />9.2.4 Any remaining balance of net <br />income shall next be credited 20.88 to the capital accounts <br />of the General Partners and 79.28 to the capital accounts of <br />the Limited Partners. <br />9.2.5 For each year or fraction thereof <br />from the date of this Agreement through December 31, 1981, <br />all net loss shall be charged to the capital accounts of <br />the Partners. <br />9.2.6 For each year or fraction thereof <br />frog and after January 1, 1982, an amount of net loss shall <br />first be charged to the General Partners in proportion to <br />and to the extent of the amount of any Deficit Loans they <br />have Wade to the Partnership during such year or fraction <br />thereof, and the remainder of net loss, if any, shall be <br />charged to the capital accounts of the Partners. <br /> <br />u <br /> <br /> <br />
