GLAZE, husband and ::ife, hereinafter referred <br />to as Mortgagors, in consideration of the sum of Twenty <br />Thousand & no/100ths Dollars ($20,000.00) ir. hand paid, do <br />hereby sell and convey unto EUGENE W. ANDERSON and MASEL M. <br />ANDERSON, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagees, the following <br />described premises situated in Ha11 County, Nebraska <br />Lot Twenty-three (23) in Anderson Subdivision, <br />located on part of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (SE;NWo) of Section 22 in <br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M. <br />as surveyed, platted and recorded <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described with all <br />the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Mortgagees <br />and to their heirs or personal representatives, forever, pro- <br />vided, always, and these presents are upon the express con- <br />dition that if the aforesaid Mortgagors, their heirs or personal <br />representatives shall pay or cause to be paid to the said <br />Mortgagees, their heirs or personal representatives, the <br />sum of Twenty Thousand & no/100ths Dollars {$20,000.00) with <br />interest thereon, payable all according to the tenure and <br />effect of a certain promissory note executed by DALLAS V. GLAZE <br />and CAhiILLE G. GLAZE, and delivered to EUGENE W. ANDERSOL: <br />and MASEL M. ANDERSON) on September 10, 1980 and shall pay alI <br />taxes and assessments levied upon said real estate, and keep <br />the buildings on said premises insured, then these presents <br />to be void, otherwise to be and remain in full force. <br />The Mortgagors agree to purchase insurance on the <br />property in the amount of at least Twenty Thousand s no/100ths <br />Dollars ($20,000.00}. Said insurance shall name the Mortgagees <br />as the loss payee. Mortgagors shall furnish to bortgagees <br />a certificate evidencing the fact that suchsnsurance ha:; <br />been procured and that it is in 1:ull i`orce anti c=ffect and <br />further that the same cannot be te~rrti,rrated without reascnatile <br />notice to the MCartuayce. 'S'hit certificate shall be obt;~inei <br />prior to September 10, 2980. <br />It is further agreed that (1) Ii the said +iort<xayor~ ~:-:all <br />fail to pay such taxes and procure such insurance, the said <br />Mortgagees may pay such taxes ant: procure such insurance; <br />and the sum so advanced with interest in accordance with <br />the said Promissory Note shall be paid by said Mortgagors, anti <br />this Mortgage shall stand as security for same.
