GLAZE, husband and ::ife, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagors, in consideration of the sum of Twenty Thousand & no/100ths Dollars ($20,000.00) ir. hand paid, do hereby sell and convey unto EUGENE W. ANDERSON and MASEL M. ANDERSON, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagees, the following described premises situated in Ha11 County, Nebraska Lot Twenty-three (23) in Anderson Subdivision, located on part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE;NWo) of Section 22 in Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M. as surveyed, platted and recorded TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Mortgagees and to their heirs or personal representatives, forever, pro- vided, always, and these presents are upon the express con- dition that if the aforesaid Mortgagors, their heirs or personal representatives shall pay or cause to be paid to the said Mortgagees, their heirs or personal representatives, the sum of Twenty Thousand & no/100ths Dollars {$20,000.00) with interest thereon, payable all according to the tenure and effect of a certain promissory note executed by DALLAS V. GLAZE and CAhiILLE G. GLAZE, and delivered to EUGENE W. ANDERSOL: and MASEL M. ANDERSON) on September 10, 1980 and shall pay alI taxes and assessments levied upon said real estate, and keep the buildings on said premises insured, then these presents to be void, otherwise to be and remain in full force. The Mortgagors agree to purchase insurance on the property in the amount of at least Twenty Thousand s no/100ths Dollars ($20,000.00}. Said insurance shall name the Mortgagees as the loss payee. Mortgagors shall furnish to bortgagees a certificate evidencing the fact that suchsnsurance ha:; been procured and that it is in 1:ull i`orce anti c=ffect and further that the same cannot be te~rrti,rrated without reascnatile notice to the MCartuayce.
