<br />except that portion conveyed to the State of Nebraska,

<br />North, Range Twelve (12), West, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />containing 533.09 acres, more or less.
<br />(f) East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E~SE~) of Section
<br />Twenty-Four (24), Township Twelve (12) North, Range
<br />Twelve (12), West, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />(q} Southwest Quarter (SW~) and the East Half of the North-
<br />west Quarter (E~NW~),'Section Twenty-Seven (27), Township
<br />Twelve (12), North, Range Twelve (12) West, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />(h) Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW~SW~), Section
<br />Eleven (11), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Thirteen (I3),
<br />West, Buffalo County, Nebraska.
<br />8. That by the terms of the Will and Codicil of said Decea-
<br />sed, the househgld furniture and effects were bequeathed to Viva
<br />Bernice Butler and all other personalty to Leota Tyner and that in
<br />addition thereto Lot Fifteen (15), Block Five (5), Original Town of
<br />Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, was devised to the said Viva Hernice
<br />Sutler and all other real estate hereinabove described and not sold
<br />was devised to Leota Tyner and the foregoing should be assigned to
<br />them.
<br />WHEREFORE, IT IS CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT the
<br />Report of the Executrices herein be and the same hereby is settled,
<br />allowed and approved; that the estate has been duly administered,
<br />and all claims, debts and expenses of administration have been duly
<br />paid; there has been a determination of inheritance tax due the State
<br />of Nebraska from the heirs, legatees and devisees which has been paid
<br />and that the Federal estate tax has been paid and a closing letter
<br />filed; that nothing further xemaina in the hands of the Executrices;
<br />that Opal M, Piersol died testate, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the 23rd day of October, 1967, leaving as her soles and only heir
<br />at law her sister, Viva Bernice Butler; that said Deceased died
<br />seised of the real estate described in Paragraph 6 above, portions
<br />of which have been sold by the Executrices under the power in the
<br />Will as set forth in Paragraph 7 and the remaining real estate is
