.i <br />~: <br />. 84-JO4854 <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) Estate No. 7300 <br />OF ) FINAL DECREE <br />OPAL PIERSOL, Deceased. ) <br />This matter came on for hearing upon the Report of the <br />Executrices filed herein and for an Order of the Court approving <br />the actions of the Executrices and upon showing made of the pay- <br />ment of all claims filed against the estate, the state inheritance <br />tax, the Federal estate tax and special bequests and receipts <br />filed and for a decree of heirship herein and due and legal notice <br />of hearing having been given as provided by law and the Court being <br />fully advised in the premises, finds: <br />1. That the application of the Executrices as set forth in <br />their Report should be chanted. <br />2. That the Executrices took pcssession of the personal <br />property belonging to said estate and have sold certain real estate <br />for the purpose o£ ae~uring funds necessary and have paid all debts <br />and claims allowed and the costs and expenses of administration. <br />3. That there has been a determination of inheritance tax <br />due the State of Nebraska which has been paid and the Federal estate <br />tax liability has been paid and a closing letter is on file. <br />4. That the Executrices have elected to distribute the <br />sum of S10,000.00 as provided in Article II of the Last Will and <br />Testament of Deceased, one-half thereof having. been paid to the <br />Hastings College at Hastings, Nebraska, and one-half to the Nebraska <br />Wesleyan College at Lincoln to be used for the purposes set forth in <br />the Will, that all household furniture and furnishings have b~wn <br />delivered to Viva Bernice Butler, sister of the Deceased, and that <br />all remaining personal property have been paid over to Leota Tyner. <br />5. That the said Opal Piersol, also known as Opal M. Piersol, <br />died testate, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 23rd day <br />of October, 1967, and that she left surviving her as her sole and only <br />-1- <br />
