.i ~: . 84-JO4854 IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) Estate No. 7300 OF ) FINAL DECREE OPAL PIERSOL, Deceased. ) This matter came on for hearing upon the Report of the Executrices filed herein and for an Order of the Court approving the actions of the Executrices and upon showing made of the pay- ment of all claims filed against the estate, the state inheritance tax, the Federal estate tax and special bequests and receipts filed and for a decree of heirship herein and due and legal notice of hearing having been given as provided by law and the Court being fully advised in the premises, finds: 1. That the application of the Executrices as set forth in their Report should be chanted. 2. That the Executrices took pcssession of the personal property belonging to said estate and have sold certain real estate for the purpose o£ ae~uring funds necessary and have paid all debts and claims allowed and the costs and expenses of administration. 3. That there has been a determination of inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska which has been paid and the Federal estate tax liability has been paid and a closing letter is on file. 4. That the Executrices have elected to distribute the sum of S10,000.00 as provided in Article II of the Last Will and Testament of Deceased, one-half thereof having. been paid to the Hastings College at Hastings, Nebraska, and one-half to the Nebraska Wesleyan College at Lincoln to be used for the purposes set forth in the Will, that all household furniture and furnishings have b~wn delivered to Viva Bernice Butler, sister of the Deceased, and that all remaining personal property have been paid over to Leota Tyner. 5. That the said Opal Piersol, also known as Opal M. Piersol, died testate, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 23rd day of October, 1967, and that she left surviving her as her sole and only -1-
