$~-U (~ ~ 816 <br />RIDER TO <br />RENEGOTIABLE RATE MORTGAGE <br />Irt connection with the Renegotiable Rate Mortgage executed by the <br />undersigned Borrower and of even date herewith, Borrower and Lender <br />hereby agree to the following additional provisions: <br />Transfer of Property; Assumption.
