<br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS
<br />AND CONDITIONS FOR BISON MEADOWS SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />The undersigned, being the majority of the present
<br />owners of the lots in Bison Meadows Subdivision, Hall '
<br />County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded in
<br />Document No. 77-004545 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />For and in consideration of their mutual acts, gromises
<br />and agreements, do hereby amend the Agreement for. Protective
<br />Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions for Bison Meadows
<br />Subdivision located in Hall County, Nebraska, which Agreement
<br />is recorded as Document No. 78-001619 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as follows:
<br />A. Paragraph 2 of said Agreement for Protective
<br />Covenants, being Document No. 78-00'.1619 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, is hereby deleted
<br />in its entirety from said Agreement.
<br />In making this deletion, the undersigned intend and
<br />understand that the applicable zoning laws shall continue to
<br />provide for the number of dwelling units which may be placed
<br />in Bison Meadows.
<br />B. Except as specifically amended in Paragraph A,
<br />above, the original Agreement for Protective Covenants,
<br />Restrictions and Conditions, being Document No. 78-001619 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Rall County, Nebraska,
<br />is hereby ratified and reaffirmed to be and continue in full
<br />force and effect according to its terms until January 1,
<br />1980, at which time said covenants and restrictions shall be
<br />automatically extended for successive geriods of ten (10)
<br />years unless chznged Dr modified by a vote of a majority of
<br />the then owners of the lots in said, subdivision.
<br />C. In addition, th€: undersigned hereby approve
<br />the creation of Bison Meadows Subdivision One, wherein lots
<br />No. 14 through 21, inclusive, were replat*_ed and numbered
<br />lots 31 through 40, inclusive, and the re-subdivision of lot
<br />30 into Bison Meadows Subdivision Two, lots 1 and 2.
<br />Executed and delivered at Hall County, Nebraska, this
<br />13th day cP August, 1980.
