<br />Section; thence easterly deflecting 090 degrees,

<br />feet to the point of beginning; thence northerly
<br />deflecting 089 degrees, 03 minutes left, a
<br />distance of 599.97 feet; thence easterly
<br />deflecting 085 degrees, 44 minutes right, a
<br />distance of 346.28 feet to a point on the
<br />southerly existing public road Right of Way
<br />Line; thence easterly deflecting 003 degrees,
<br />36 minutes right, a distance of 437.08 feet
<br />along said Right of Way Line; thence westerly
<br />on a 1,105.92 foot radius curve to the left,
<br />deflection to the initial tangent being
<br />168 degrees, 49 minutes right, a distance of
<br />1,043.30 feet, subtending a central angle
<br />of 054 degrees, 03 minutes to the point of
<br />beginning, containing 3.62 acres, more or
<br />less,
