TILLEY, husband and wife, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00} AND <br />OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, do grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto LORAN Td. TILLEY AND DORA KAY <br />TILLEY, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of 'survivor- <br />ship, and not as tenants in common, the following-described real <br />property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land having a point of beginning at the South- <br />west corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE'g) of Section <br />Thirty-Two (32), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine <br />(9) West of the Sixth (bth) P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />thence North Three Hundred Thirty-Two Feet (N-332'), thence <br />East Six Hundred Fifty-Six Feet (E-656'), thence South <br />Three Hundred Thirty- Two Feet (5-332'), thence West Six <br />Hundred Fifty-Six Feet (54-656') to the point of beginning, <br />containing 5 acres, more or less, including the right of <br />ingress and egress to said tract over and across the <br />Northeast Quarter (NE'n) of Section Thirty-Twc (32), Township <br />Twelve (12) North, Range "line (9) West of the Sixth (6th.). <br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. This is a perpetual ease- <br />ment grant. <br />To have and to hold the above-described premises, together with <br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging <br />unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns <br />of the survivor of them forever. <br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees and with <br />their assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of <br />them that Grantors are lawfully seised of said premises; that they <br />are free from encumbrance, except those of record; that Grantors <br />have good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that <br />Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said premises against <br />the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />DATED dC-~~~~2 ~Z' 1979. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />Ralph t4.
