$0-~ ~i Cl 4 711 <br />RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL <br />LORAN W. TILLEY and DORA KAY TILLEY, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants, hereby declare that RALPH W. TILLEY and ETHEL I. <br />TILLEY, or survivor, shall have the right of first refusal to <br />purchase the following-described real estate should said real <br />estate ever be sold. This right of first refusal gives Ralph <br />W. Tilley and Ethel I. 'Pilley, or survivor, the legal right to <br />purchase said real estate for the price offered by any bona <br />fide purchaser of said real estate at any time. This is a per- <br />sonal right granted to Ralph W. Tilley and Ethel I. Tilley and <br />shall expire upon the death of the survivor. The legal descrip- <br />tion of the real estate is as follows: <br />A tract of land having a point of beginning at the <br />Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NEly) of <br />Section Thirty-Two (32), Township Twelve (12) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth (6th) P.M., in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, thence North Three Hundred Thirty- <br />Two Feet (N-332'}, thence East Six Hundred Fifty-Six <br />Feet (E-b56'), thence South Three Hundred Thirty-Two <br />Feet (5-332'), thence West Six Hundred Fifty-Six Feet <br />(W-656') to the point of beginning, containing 5 acres, <br />more or less, including the right of ingress and egress <br />to said tract over and across the Northeast Quarter <br />fNE'4) of Section Thirty-Two (32}, Township Twelve (12) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth (6th) P.M., <br />in Hall County, Nebraska. This is a perpetual easement <br />grant. <br />Ralph SV. Tilley and Ethel I. Tilley, or survivor, is hereby <br />granted the lifetime right to use the main coral and the windmill <br />pump on the above-described real estate, rent free. This right <br />is granted for as long as either Ralph W.
