8Q- 004670 <br />E L E C T R I C E A S E M E N T <br />Meves Bowl, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, herein called Grantor, in considera- <br />tion of receigt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the <br />CITY QE GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantor, a permaaent <br />and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, <br />repair, replace, extend, remove and, operate thereon, overhead and underground electric <br />utility lines, poles, anchors, catiles, terminals, transformers, surface markers, <br />and other appurtenances, connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, across under- <br />neath and through a tract of land located in part of this Southeast Quarter (SE'1/4) <br />of'Section Pifteen (15), Township Eleven (11~,} North, Range Nine (9) West, of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />A sixteen (16) Eoot wide tract of land lying eight (8) feet on each <br />side of a line described as: Beginning at a point on the North line <br />o£ Bismark Road seven hundred fifty-eight and five tenths (758.5) feet <br />West of the East line of the said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4); thence <br />Northerly parallel with the East line of said Southeast Quarter {SE 1/4) <br />a distance of one hundred fifty-three (153) feet; thence Westerly parallel <br />to the North line of Stuhr Road, a distance of one hundred two (102) feet. <br />Said tract of land containing 0.094 acres more or less as shown on the <br />plat dated 8/8/80, marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br />herefn fiy reference. <br />together with the following rights: <br />Onrestricted ingress and egress to the above described tract of land for <br />installation, maintenance, operation and removal of such utilities and appurtenances. <br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for the <br />full and complete use, occupation and enjoyment of the easement heroin granted, <br />including the right to excavate and refill ditches and trenches, to remove, clear, <br />and keep clear trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other obstructions inter- <br />fering with the surveying, construction, inspection, ~uaintenance, repair, replacemenk~ <br />extension, removal or operation of such utilities. No improvements, structures, <br />buildings, or fences of any kind whatsoever, shall be allowed in, upon, above, along, <br />across, underneath, or through the easement herein granted. <br />Grantors and Graatee agree that Grantors shall have the right to pave over <br />the easement eras and use the easement area for parking and ingress and egress, <br />provided, if Grantee Hess to construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace, <br />extend, remove or operate anything within such easement, the cost of removal and <br />repair of any paving placed over such easement shall be paid by the Grantors. <br />- 1 - <br />
