<br />to purchase the following described real property containing 119 acres, mare

<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefirom a cer-
<br />tain tract of land more particularly described as follows:
<br />Begirming at the southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SFN.a) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Nine (9), thence northerly. along the easterly
<br />line of the Southwest Quarter (SW',) a distance of 1,162:50
<br />feet; thence running westerly parallel to the northerly line
<br />of said Southwest Quarter (SW',) a distance of 1,345.52 feet
<br />to the easterly line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence
<br />southerly along said right-of-way line a distance of 1,146.73
<br />feet to the south line of said Section 27; thence easterly
<br />along said south line of Section 27 a distance of 1,293.45
<br />feet to the place of beginning,
<br />under an Installment Sales Contract dated Afay 10, 1979, which contract pro-
