<br />WITNESSETH, That GRANTOR, in consideration of the sum of TEN DtiL7:ARS

<br />RELEASE and FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto said GRANTEE the folloviag described-

<br />uses;
<br />but all other covenants and conditions contained in said January 30, 1978 Deed
<br />from GRANTOR to GRANTEE shall remain in full force and effect.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, with all the rights, immunities,
<br />privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto said GRANTEE and unto his
<br />heirs, administrators, executors, transferees and assigns forever; so chat neither
<br />said GRANTOR nor its successors nor any other person or persons, for it or in its
<br />name or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the
<br />aforesaid premises ar any part thereof, but they and each of them shall, by these
<br />presents, be excluded and forever barred; but reserving to GRANTOR its rights and
<br />remedies with respett fe al2 such other covenants and conditions in said January
<br />30, 1978 Deed remaining in full foree and effect as above set forth.
