That on June 26, 1980, on .behalf of Chief industries, <br />Inc., he filed a Mechanic's Lien against The Thompson Co., <br />Inc., owners of all or a part of the building located upon ', <br />real estate owned by the Union Pacific Railroad Company, as .'. <br />described on Exhibit "A°', which is attached hereto and made', <br />a part hereof by this reference, and real estate owned by <br />Gene M. Reab and Ellinor K. Reab and legally described as <br />follows: <br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Five (5), Arnold <br />and Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Mechanic's Lien was filed as Document No. 80-003025 in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. That The Thompson Co., Inc. has paid Chief Industries, <br />Inc. in full for all labor and materials furnished for and <br />placed on the above described premises. <br />3. That Affiant has authority to execute this Release <br />on behalf of Chief Industries, Inc., a corporation. <br />4. That the. said Mechanic's Lien is hereby released <br />and discharged in full.
