$0- '~' ~ 353 <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />GADS-SUBDIVISION <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, HAROLD G. GADS and ALICE LADE, husband and <br />wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of <br />land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the_ Southeast <br />Quarter (NW~SE4) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the northerly right-of- <br />way line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company, <br />said point being four hwadred eighty-four and <br />three-tenths (484.3) feet northeasterly along <br />said right-of-way line from its intersection <br />with the West line of said Southeast Quarter <br />(SE w); thence northeasterly along said right- <br />of-way line a distance of four hundred fifty <br />(450.0) feet; thence northwesterly perpendicular <br />to said right-of-way line a distance of two <br />hundred (200.0) feet; thence southwesterly <br />parallel to-said right-of-way line a distance <br />of four hundred fifty (450.0) feet; thence <br />southeasterly perpendicular to said r.ighC-of- <br />way line a distance of two hundred (200.0) feet <br />Co the place of beginning, aid containing 2.066 <br />acres, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the abcave described <br />tract of land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of <br />the City of Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council of <br />such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat <br />of such proposed subdivision to be known as Gade Subdivision, desig- <br />ating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing <br />the lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots <br />designated by numbers, and easements by dimensions, and propose to <br />cause the glat of such subdivision when finally approved by the <br />Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged <br />by sack owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered <br />land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the easements to the <br />use and benefit of public utilities. In consideration of the <br />acceptance of the plat of said GADS SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers <br />hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />that they will install oz have installed at their expense the <br />following imgrovements: <br />- 1 - <br />-,, ~.. ~- <br />
