<br />MICHAEL O'HARA, being firstduly sworn upon oath, deposes
<br />and says:
<br />1. That on July 1, 1980, on behalf of O'Hara Enterprises,
<br />Inc., d/b/a Midwestern Plumbing & Heating, hel,filed a Mechanic's
<br />Lien against property located in 'Hall County,' Nebraska, owned
<br />by Kelly Well Company, Inc., a/k/a The Kelly Well Company, a
<br />Nebraska corporation, as follows:
<br />Lots One (1) and Eight (8) in Block One (1) in Nagy's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6),~
<br />Seven (7) and Eight (8) of the County Subdivision of
<br />the West Half {W?s) of the Southwest Quarter {SWi4) of
<br />Section Ten (10), in Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (4) ldest of the Sixth (6th) P.M., Hall
<br />L'ounty, Nebraska, and that part of Lot Nine {9) of
<br />County Subdivision bounded and described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot Eight (8)
<br />of said County Subdivision, running thence in a
<br />Southerly direction along the Easterly boundary line
<br />of Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, 89.7 Feet, thence North 81° 33' (Variation
<br />ll0 45' East) 458 Feet to the Southeast corner of said
<br />Lot Eight (8) to the place of commencement, excepting,
<br />however, from said Lot Eight (8} and that part of Lot
<br />Nine (9), above described, a tract of ground more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in
<br />Book 175, at Page 353, of the deed records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Mechanic's Lien was filed as Document No. 80-0031b4 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />2. Kelly Well Company, Inc., a/k/a The Kelly Well Company,
<br />a Nebraska corporation, has paid O'Hara Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a
<br />Midwestern Plumbing & Heating, in full for all labor and materials
<br />furnished for and placed on the above-described premises.
<br />3. The Affiant has authority to execute this Release.
<br />4. Said Mechanic's Lien. is hereby released and discharged
<br />in full.
