. ' 84-- t~04Q73' AMENDMENT TO PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, AN13 CONDi'PZONS FOR "IMPERIAL. VILLAGE EIGHTH-SUBDIVISION" IN THE CITY OF-GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA WHEREAS, protective covenants, restrictions, and condi- tions have been created and imposed on all lots in Imperial Village Eighth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska, and are recorded as Document No. 78-004381.; and, WHEREAS, Covenant No. 3 requires a front-yard setback o€ thirty-five (35) feet; and, WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island zoning ordinance re- quires a front-yard setback of twenty-five (25) feet; and, WHEREAS, the existing Covenant No. 3 interferes with the continued development of the lots in Imperial Village Eighth Subdivision; and, WHEREAS, the un~larsigned, being a majority of the record title holders of all of the lots in the Subdivision consent and agree to amend Paragraph 3. to require a front-yard set- back of thirty (30) feet. iiOW, TY.EREFORE, the undersigned, being a majority, of the owners of the Lots in Imperial Village Eighth Subdivi- sion in the City of Crand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, agree that Covenant No. 3 shall be am?nded to read as ^llow€: "3.
