~~ ~~~~~~ SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered irto between THE EQUITABLE BUILDING <br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, FIRST PARTY: <br />FIVE POINTS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, SECOND PARTY; and <br />FRED W. RAUCH AND MARGARET L. RAUCH, THIRD PARTIES. <br />Third Parties are the ownexs of t_he following described <br />premfses: <br />A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (SE~NW'~) of Section Twenty-One (21), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the <br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the South Side of Anna Street <br />of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, 15 feet East of <br />the West side of Jackson Street extended southerly, <br />said point is also 1010 feet Southwesterly From a point <br />where the Southerly line of Anna Street intersects the <br />East Line of the Southeast Quarter of the Plorthwest <br />Quarter (SE~NW'~) of Section Twenty-One (21), in Township <br />Eleven (lI) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., <br />thence running in a Southeasterly direction parallel with <br />the Westerly line of Jackson Street as extended a distance <br />of 275' thence running right 90 Degrees in a Southwesterly <br />direction 273.9 feet. to a point that is also 257.2 Feet <br />from a point on the East Property Line of the County Road, <br />thence running right 90 degrees along a line parallel with <br />the West line of Jackson Street as extended, a distance <br />of 127 Feet, thence right 90 degrees along a Line parallel <br />with the South Line of Anna Street 93.1 feet, thence right <br />1?1 feet along a line parallel with the West Line of Jackson <br />Street as extended to closure, said Closure constituting <br />a Tract of land i27 feet by 93.1 feet. <br />First Party loaned to Third Parties the sum of $64,0000,00. Such <br />amount was secured by mortgage recorded as Document 80-003880. <br />Second Party loaned Thire Parties the sum of $89,000.00 secured <br />by mortgage recorded as Document 80-002785. <br />IT IS AGKEED by all parties as follows: <br />I. <br />The said mortgage of The Equitable Building and Loan Associa- <br />tion of Grand Island, Nebraska, First Party herein, shall have <br />first priority over any other liens ,~lvair.G!- s~:id ,rc,ri.a~s. <br />zl. <br />The said mortgage of Second Party, described above, is <br />second, junior and subordinate to the said mortgage of. the First <br />Party, <br />
