<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES

<br />THIS DEED is made by DONALD S. ROUSH and JANET CAMARAS, Co-
<br />Personal Representatives of the Estate of RUTH E. ROUSH, Deceased,
<br />Grantors, an undivided one-third interest to DONALD S. ROUSH; an
<br />undivided one-third interest to JANET CAMARAS; an undivided one-nirith
<br />interest to SUZANNE ROUSH; an undivided one-ninth interest to MARK RaUSH;.
<br />and an undivided one-ninth interest to TIMOTHY ROUSH.
<br />WHEREAS, the last Wi11 of Ruth E. Reush, Deceased was duly admitted
<br />to formal probate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />WHEREAS, Grantors were duly appointed Co-Personal Representatives of
<br />said estate and now qualified and acting in said capacity; and
<br />WHERE S, the Grantees are determined to be the persons entitled
<br />to distribution of the hereinafter-described real property, and Grantors
<br />are authorized to distribute the same to Grantees;
<br />N04d, THEREFORE, Grantors convey, assign, transfer, and release to
<br />Grantees the following-described real property:
