Between May 2, 1980,, and May'14, 1980, Hooker Brothers, <br />Inc. furnished fill sand to Bernard H. Kisner and Joann Kisner, <br />husband and wife, pursuant to a verbal agreement between Bill <br />Manka, general contractor for Bernard H. Kisner and Joann Kisner, <br />husband and wife, and Hooker Brothers, Inc. <br />3. The fill sand was provided on the following-described <br />property: <br />Lots Three (3), and Four (4) in Block ighty- <br />Three (83}, in the Original Town, now City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />4. The property upon which the fill sand was furnished is <br />owned by Bernard H. Kisner and Joann Kisner, husband and wife. <br />5. Affiant states that Hooker Brothers, Inc. claims a lien <br />on the real estate above-described for the full amount of the <br />unpaid account, to-wit: the sum of Four Hundred Sixty-One And <br />30/100 Dollars ($461.30), together with interest thereon at the <br />rate of Sixteen Percent (16%) from and after July 10, 1980. <br />HOOKER BRO~THERS, INC., A Corporation <br />Kirk W.
