BILSLEND, husband and wife, tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property and alI appurtenances and hereditaments thereto, in Hall County, Nebraska: A11 that part of the Southwest Quarter (SSA) of Section Six (6), in Township Ten (10), North, Range Ten (10), West or" the Sixth P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, which lies North of the Right-of-4iay of the Union Pacific Railroad Company Right-of-Way, excepting therefrom the following tracts of ground as the sane are on file in the Office of the. Register of Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, in Deed Records recorded in Book 122, Page 525, and Book 177, Page 344. Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors: (1) have legal power and lawful authcrity to convey the same; (2) ~oarrant and viii defend the tit 1e to the property against any acts of the Grantors of this Deed; (3) are the sole and only Trustees of said named trust, and together comprise the Board of Trustees of said trust; (4) are the sole and only beneficiaries of said named trust, and consent to the sale of said property by the named Trustees; (5) the Trustees, Don T, Lindstror*.m and Betty J.
