FOUNDATION TRUST, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of Qne Hundred <br />Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), received from Grantee, does <br />convey unto WALTER L. BILSLEND and CAROLYN J. BILSLEND, <br />husband and wife, tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, <br />the following described real property and alI appurtenances <br />and hereditaments thereto, in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A11 that part of the Southwest Quarter (SSA) of <br />Section Six (6), in Township Ten (10), North, Range <br />Ten (10), West or" the Sixth P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, which lies North of the Right-of-4iay of <br />the Union Pacific Railroad Company Right-of-Way, <br />excepting therefrom the following tracts of ground <br />as the sane are on file in the Office of the. Register <br />of Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, in Deed Records <br />recorded in Book 122, Page 525, and Book 177, Page 344. <br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors: <br />(1) have legal power and lawful authcrity to convey the same; <br />(2) ~oarrant and viii defend the tit 1e to the property <br />against any acts of the Grantors of this Deed; <br />(3) are the sole and only Trustees of said named trust, <br />and together comprise the Board of Trustees of said <br />trust; <br />(4) are the sole and only beneficiaries of said named <br />trust, and consent to the sale of said property by the <br />named Trustees; <br />(5) the Trustees, Don T, Lindstror*.m and Betty J. Lindstrom, <br />also convey as husband and wife and in his and her ow-n <br />right, and Trustees, ~1ark L. Bals and Lee L.
