Assigtsmeat of-Rents; Appointment o€ Receiver; f~ttder in Possession. As additional security hereunder. Borrower hereby assigns to Lender the rents of the Property, prorided that Borrower shalt, prior to accelerazioa under paragraph la hereof or abandonment of the Properly, have the nght [o collect and retain ouch rents as they become due and payable. Recoaveyance.
