<br />The undersigned owner(s) of an interest in the real estate described below
<br />(Hereinafter called "Owaer") hereby grant (s} and convey(s) to NORTHWESTERN BELL
<br />TELEPHONE COMPANY, an Iowa Corporation, its associated and allied companies, its
<br />and their respective successors, assigns, lesses and agents (Hereinafter called
<br />"Comp=_;ry"), in consi>eration of the Burn of Six Hundiad Dollars

<br />below, a right-of-way and easement to construct, operate, maintain, replace, and

<br />surface terminals, protective barriers and associated equipment, together wi[h
<br />the right of access to connect, from time to time as the Company may require,
<br />said Station by means of cables and other equipment and fixtures, with the Company's
<br />communication systems thereto for the purpose of exercising the rights herein
<br />greeted, upon, under, across and through a plot of land Fifteen (15) feet wide
<br />and Tam;ye (l2) feet long, being a part of the following described real estate
<br />located in the County of Ball State of Nebraska
<br />More specifically described as:

<br />Glarkson'a Fisat Addition, Alda, Nebraska, and more particularly described
