<br />(hereinafter usually referred to as "Homeowner", whether one or more) have
<br />entered into a certain written BODSlidG REHABILITATION-GRANT AGREEMENT-dated
<br />the 9th. day oP July , I9 $0 with-the City of Grand Island,,
<br />Nebrasks, a municipal corporation (hereinafter usually-referred to as "City*'),
<br />acting through its Community Development Agency; for rehabilitation of a
<br />duelling on premises owned by Homeowner-which are hereinafter described, and
<br />~; tar the granting by-City to Homeowner of Federal funds in the amount of Six
<br />Thousand-One Hundred-Eighty Thzee & No/100 Dollars {$ 6,183000 ) to be
<br />a applied in payment of the cost of such rehabilitation, and
<br />WttEREAS, Homeowner in such AGREEMENT-has, among other things, agreed (a)
<br />to repay such amount or, as the case may be, a part thereof to City in certain
<br />circumstances described in the AGREEMENT, and (b} to execute and deliver to
<br />City an instrument in recordable form granting to City a lien on the premises.

<br />NOW; THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGREEMENT with City,
<br />Gertrude S. Neid~single person) ,husband and wife (hereinabove and herein-
<br />below referred to as "Homeowner"), do hereby grant to CZTY OF GRAND ISLAND,-
<br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, its successors and assigns, a Iien upon-the-
<br />follouing-described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Five thru Twelve, Block Thirteen, Meth's
<br />Addition
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
<br />thereof,
<br />to secure repayment to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, its successors and
<br />assigns, of the amount of the grant hereinabove referred to or, as the case
<br />may be, a part thereof in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth
<br />in the HODSLNG REHABILITATION GFL4NT AGREEMENT to which reference is made herein-
<br />above.
<br />The lfen herein granted shall run with the premises and shall also bind
<br />.the successors and assigns and, except as'provided in such AGREEMENT, the
<br />personal representatives, heirs, devisees and legatees of Homeowner.
