Neid, a shale person <br />fi <br />(hereinafter usually referred to as "Homeowner", whether one or more) have <br />entered into a certain written BODSlidG REHABILITATION-GRANT AGREEMENT-dated <br />the 9th. day oP July , I9 $0 with-the City of Grand Island,, <br />Nebrasks, a municipal corporation (hereinafter usually-referred to as "City*'), <br />acting through its Community Development Agency; for rehabilitation of a <br />duelling on premises owned by Homeowner-which are hereinafter described, and <br />~; tar the granting by-City to Homeowner of Federal funds in the amount of Six <br />Thousand-One Hundred-Eighty Thzee & No/100 Dollars {$ 6,183000 ) to be <br />a applied in payment of the cost of such rehabilitation, and <br />WttEREAS, Homeowner in such AGREEMENT-has, among other things, agreed (a) <br />to repay such amount or, as the case may be, a part thereof to City in certain <br />circumstances described in the AGREEMENT, and (b} to execute and deliver to <br />City an instrument in recordable form granting to City a lien on the premises. <br />to secure such repayment, <br />NOW; THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGREEMENT with City, <br />Gertrude S.
