' BQ---=~~2~ <br />AGREEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT <br />RNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That, NORMAN T. ANTONSOIv and DOROTHY E. ANTONSON, husband <br />and wife, in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS ($100,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />do hereby sell, assign, transfer, and set over unto MARILYN E. <br />WATKINS, all their rights under a contract made by Norman T. <br />Antonson and Harry W. Nicks, Buyers, with Catherine M. Whetstone, <br />a widow, Seller, dated the 17th day of May, 1977, which contract <br />conveys certain real estate, to-wit: <br />The East One Half (E 1/2) o£ Lot Seven (7), and all <br />of Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9), in Block Ten (10), <br />Baker's Additign to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />To have and to hold the same to the said Marilyn E. Watkins <br />absolutely, and Marilyn E. Watkins does hereby assume all ohli- <br />gations of Norman T. Antonson and Harry W. Nicks under or in <br />connection with said contract. <br />It is further agreed that Harry t9. Nicks has abandoned all <br />his right, title, and interest in sa3.d contract; that Harry W. <br />Nicks has delivered to Norman T. Antonson a deed conveying such <br />interest; that to complete this assignment, and to efficiently <br />transfer the ownership of the real estate, Norman T. Antonson <br />and Dorothy E. Antonson will deliver to Marilyn E. Watkins' agent <br />the original of the Nick's abandonment and the deed to the real <br />estate and will further deliver to Marilyn E. Watkins a deed from <br />Antonsons to Marilyn E. Watkins. <br />It is further agreed that real estate taxes and assessments <br />for the year 1979 will be paid by Assignor; that 1980 taxes will <br />be prorated between Assignor and Assignee. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this agreement <br />on the ,z-'y;,y/day of July 198.0. <br />%~(" Norman T.
