~/1 1~ !y ? ~I f ~ REAL ESTATE LZE N <br />WHEREAS Nadine Overturf, a single person <br />(hereinafter usually referred to as "Homeowner", whether one or more) have <br />entered into a certain written HOUSING REHABILITATION GRANT AGREEMENT dated <br />the 10th day of July 19 EO with Che City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, a tmmicipal corporation (hereinafter usually referred to as "City"), <br />acting through its Community Development Agency, for rehabilitation of a <br />dwelling on premises owned by Homeowner which are hereinafter described, and <br />for the granting by City to Homeowner o€ Federal funds in the amount of Six <br />Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Three fi No/100 Dollars ($_ 6,9b3.0O ) to be <br />applied in payment of the cost of such rehabilitation, and <br />WHEREAS, Homeowner in such AGREEMENT has, among other things, agreed {a) <br />to repay such amount or, as the case may be, a part thereof to City in certain <br />circumstances described in the AGREEMENT, and (b) to execute and deliver to <br />City an instrument in recordable form granting to City a lien on the premises <br />to secure such repayment, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGREEMENT with City, <br />Nadine Overturf, a single person (hereinabove and herein- <br />below referred to as "Homeowner!'), do hereby grant to CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, its successors and assigns, a lien upon the <br />following described real estate situated in Ha 11 County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Five, Block One Hundred Twenty Seven, <br />UP Railway Co., 2nd Addition <br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof, <br />to secure repayment to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, its successors and <br />assigns, of the amount of the grant hereinabove referred to or, as the case <br />may be, a part thereof in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth <br />in the HOUSING REHABILITATION GRANT AGREEMENT to which reference is made herein- <br />above. <br />The lien herein granted shall run with the premises and shall also bind <br />the successors and assigns and, except as'provided in such AGREEMENT, the <br />personal representatives, heirs, devisees and legatees of Homeowner. <br />Dated this ~afr:~~ day of V ~t~ Ky-~ 19 ~f <br /> <br />STATE OF P~~c.i ) <br />J/ ) ss <br />County of /~~'~,. } <br />On [his ca~''g j~day of r...' 19 ~G, before me, the under- <br />signed, duly commissioned an` acting in and for such county, personally appeared <br />'~" Q.-e~G~-z~r (~-Zl'-C% 'ff~ -~, husband and wife, known to me to be <br />the i entical persons whose si tures are affixed to the foregoing instrument, <br />and .they acknowledged the execution of such instrument to be their voluntary <br />aet{s} and deed (s}, <br />In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my official hand and seal the date <br />last above written. j z~, <br />- Notary blic <br />My commission expires: <br />~GEFtfRAI NOTARY•State of Netrrosha <br />JERENNfJ.GARR00TTE <br />My Gamrt Exp, Sept. 23,1993 1 <br />
