<br />LELIA B. UNZICKER, the duly appointed and qualified Personal
<br />Representative of the Estate of Inez F. Stahlnecker, deceased,
<br />acting under Letters of Personal Representative issued to her
<br />on April 15, 1980, by Fern A. Place, Registrar of the County
<br />Cart of-Hall County, Nebraska, and under the probated last Will
<br />of Inez F. Stahlnecker, deceased, dated July I5, 1976, duly
<br />admitted to probate by informal proceeding in the County Court of
<br />... Ha1I County, Nebraska, on April 15, 1980, Grantor, for distribution
<br />of the real estate described in this Deed, conveys, distributes and
<br />releases to LELIA B. UNZICRER, VIRGINIA M. PALU, ALVAH C.
<br />SfiAHLNECKER, JR., FRANR D. STAHLNECKER AND RONALD D. STAHLNECKER,
<br />as tenants in commtzn_, residuary devisees in the probated last ?ill
<br />of-Inez F. Stahlnecker, deceased, Grantees, the following described
<br />real estate (as defined in Section 76-20,1, Revised Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, 1943) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The westerly one half (W 1/2) of Lot Two (2) in
<br />Block One Hundred Thirty-Five (135) in Union Pacific
<br />Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska, as surveyed,
<br />platted, and recorded,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor has determined the Grantees are the persons entitled
<br />to d*~tribution of the real estate from the Estate of Inez F.
<br />Stahlnecker, deceased. Grantor covenants with Grantees that Grantor
<br />has legal power and lawful authority to convey and release the real
<br />estate to Grantees.
