M., Hall County, Nebraska; to provide For service - benefits thereto; to provide severability; and to confira the zoning classification thereof, - SE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CDUNCSL OF THE CITY OF CRAND ISLAND, C+'EBRASKA: SECTION I. It is hereby found cad detezmine3 by such City Council that: .
