84~-~a~ ~!1~JSt <br />ORDINANCE N0. 6607 <br />fi <br />An ordinance vacating the oziginal plat of Fzeeman Subdivision;-terminazing the <br />original Freeman Subdivision Agreement; re-affirming the Plat of Freeman Subdivision - <br />(Revi.aed) and the Freeman Subdivision (Revised)Subdivision Agreement; and providing <br />the effective date. <br />WHEREAS, the original Plat of Freeman Subdivision in the City of Grand Zsland, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, was approved by the City of Grand Island on November 13, 1979, <br />and racorded as IX~cument 79-007901 in the office of the Hall County Registez of Deeds; <br />and " <br />WHEREAS, the original Subdivision Agreement for said subdivision was duly approved <br />and recorded as Document No. 79-0080b4 in fihe office of the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds; and <br />WHEREAS, the same land was replatted as Freeman Subdivision (Revised) in the <br />City of Grand Island,- Hall County, Nebraska; approved by the City of Grand Island on <br />February 18, 1980, and recorded as Document No. 80-OD1743 in the office of the Ha11 <br />County Register of Deeds; and <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivision Agreement for Freeman Subdivision (Revised) was duly <br />approved and racorded as Document No. 80-001847 in the office of the tiall County <br />Register of Deeds; and <br />WHEREAS, all of the property owners of said Freeman Subdivision and of Freeman <br />Subdivision {Revised) have petitioned the City in writing to vacate the original ?lat <br />o~ Freeman Subdivision and the corresponding suhdivision agreement pursuant to 19-917, <br />R.R.S. 1943. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. The original Plat of Freeman Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, approved by the City on November 13, 1979, and recorded as <br />Document No. 79-007901 in the office of Che Hall County Register of Deeds, is hereby <br />vacated.. <br />SE4`fION 2. The original suhdivision agreement for said Freeman Subdivision <br />retarded as Document No. 79-008064 in the office of the Hail County Register of <br />Daeda, is hereby terminated. <br />SECTION 3. The Plat of Freeman Subdivision (Revised), and the Subdivision <br />Agreement £ar Freeman Subdivision {Revised} is hczeby reaffi~tid. <br />SECTION 4-.
