<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that James A. Allan, as
<br />Personal Representative of the Estate of George D, Allan, Sr., Deceased,
<br />Grantor, pursuant to authority granted him by the County Court ¢f"
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, by its Order Authorizing Sale of Real
<br />Property dated April 16, 1980, in consideration of One Hundred
<br />Forty-two Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($142:,800.00} `
<br />in hand paid to James A. Allan, Personal Representative of the-
<br />Estate of George D. Allan, Sr., Deceased, by the Grantee, hereby
<br />grants, conveys and confirms unto Robert J. Allan, Grantee, the ---
<br />following-described premises, situated in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to-wit:
<br />The west Half of the Southwest Quarter (W'~SWa) of
<br />Section Twelve (12), in Township Eleven (11),
<br />North, of Range Twelve (12), West of the Sixth
<br />Principal Meridian, in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest.,
<br />claim or demand whatsoever of the said George D. Allan, Sr. of,
<br />in and to the same, or any part thereof, subject only to easements
<br />and restrictions of record;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises unto the
<br />said Robert 3. Allan, and to his heirs and assigns; and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the premises are free and clear of
<br />any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied
<br />against the Estate of George D. Allan, Sr., Deceased; and that
<br />Grantor has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same
<br />and he does hereby warrant that he will defend the title to said
<br />gremises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, James A. Allan, as Personal Representa-
<br />tive of the Estate of George D. Allan, S~J., Decease has caused
