.~ RELEASE OF NON-EXCLiJSIVE DRIVEWAY EASEMENT Mid-Continent Enterprises, Iizc., being the developer of the Ile de Grand Shopping-Center located in-B1ock:Nine 49), eoiitinental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; HAVING completed the development of Phase II of 'said shopping center, including making provision for the peme- nent driveway entrance giving ingress and egress to and from Webb Road along the west side of said Block Nine (93 ;: and: HAV7:NG no further need for the following described non-- exclusive easement; Does, hereby, by these presents permanently release and- revoke and abrogate the non-exclusive driveway easement, which is set forth in Article Three, Paragraph _1, of_the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, which is filed as Document No. 78-008105 in the Office of. the Register of Deeds o£ Hall Caunty, Nebraska. It is specifically understood and agreed that except as amended hereby by the deletion of the said Paragraph 1 of Article Three, the foregoing 1eclaration of Restrictive Covenants is hereby reaffirmed in all ether aspects, an- other provisions to be and remain in full force and effect.
