<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that THE STATE BRNK OF
<br />CAIRO, CAIRO, NEBRASKA, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF TAE ESTATE.
<br />OF ELMER LAMM, Deceased, and pursuant to authority granted it by
<br />the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, by its Order Authorizing
<br />Sale of Real Property dated May 16, 1980, in consideration of
<br />TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NOJ100 DOLLARS ($22,500.00)
<br />in hand paid to it by the Grantees, hereby grants, conveys and
<br />confirms unto REX SPIEHS and RONDA SPIEHS, husband and wife, as
<br />joint tenants and not as tenants in common, Grantees, the following-
<br />described premises, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lot Six (6) and the North Four (4) Feet of Lot Seven
<br />(7), Block Six (6) in the Third Addition to Cairo, Hall.
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, and alI the estate, right, title, interest,
<br />claim or demand whatsoever of the said Elmer Lamm of, in and to
<br />the same, or any part thereof, subject anly to easements and
<br />restrictions of record;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises unto the
<br />Grantees and to their assigns or to the heirs and assigns of the
<br />survivor of them forever. It is the intention of all parties
<br />hereto that in the event of the death of either of the Grantees,
<br />the entire fee simple title to the real estate shalt vest in the
<br />surviving Grantee, and the Grantor hereby covenants that the
<br />premises are free and clear of any Ii.en or encumbrance caused by
<br />any claim for taxes levied against the Estate of Elmer Lamm,
<br />Deceased, and does hereby warrant that it will defend the title
<br />to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
