WARRANTY DEED <br />_ JAMES F. HEHNKE and DORIS.J. HEHNKE, husband-and wife, each- <br />in his and her own right aad as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE <br />DOLLAR AND OTHER GOOD AND VALIIABLE CONSIDERATION received from ---- <br />Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto JAMES F. <br />HEHNRE and DORIS J. HEANRE, husban3 and wife, as tenants in <br />commor„ herein called the Grantees, the following-described' real <br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The Westerly Fifty-two Feet (52') and Eight Inches (8") <br />of Fractional Lot Five (5) in Fractional Block Four (4} <br />in Arnold and Abbott's Addition and its Complement to-wit: <br />The Westerly Fifty-two, Feet (52') and Eight Inches'(8") <br />of Fractional Lot Nine (9) in Fractional Block Thirteen <br />(13) in Rollin's Addition, both being Additions to the <br />City of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and <br />assigns forever.
