<br />Upon payment in fuB of all sums secured by this Mortgage. Lender shall promptly refund to Borrawer any Ftinds-
<br />held by Lender. If under paragraph t 8 hereof the Progeny is sold or the Properly is otherwise acquired by Lender, Lender
