ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES

<br />corporation does hereby assign to Rx de Greed; Ltd.., a lmited-
<br />partnership, the following leases., and each o£-them separately, in
<br />which leases Mid-Contihent Enterprises,-Inc., is the Lan3l~rd of
<br />certain partiors of a building located vn Lot-Three (3J;.Block Nine
<br />(9), Continental Gardens, an addition to the City of Gravid island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />(1} Lease dated March 19, 1979 wherein Iaalgaeen Halting `
<br />Co. is the Tenant, and
<br />(2} Lease dated February 2, 1979 wherein Volume: Shoe
<br />Corporation is the Tenant, and
<br />(3} Lease dated August 15, 1979 wherein Beneficial Finance
<br />Ca. of Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation is the Tenant, and
<br />(4} Lease dated August 23, 1979 wherein valentino's; Inc-:
<br />is the Tenant, and
<br />(5} Lease dated Octaber 9, 1979 wherein Tropical-Paradise
<br />is the Tenant.
<br />This Assignment of Leases is to be effective immediately upon
<br />its execution. and delivery.
