BE IT ORDAZh'ED BY THE MAYOR AND COVNCTL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND--, NEBRASKA:. SECTION 1. The conveyance to Delbert D. Theasmeyer and Lois A. Theasmeyer, hun8and and wife, as joint canants, of the following described property: Lot Seven (7), Block Thirty-two (32), Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Ls land, Nebraska, - is herby authorized and directed. SECTION 2. The consideration far such conveyance shall be One Thousand Five tfiatdzed Dollars ($1,500): conveyance of rite real estate above described shall be by special warranty deed, upon delivery of the consideration, and the City of Grand Island will fuznish an abstract of title.
