80--- 7. Building Site. The Owner is to provide and designate the building site and. unless otherwise stipulated, be solely responsible for Lhe preparation of the building site to the e9t.aablished elevation and for soil bearing capacity thereof; furn.sh all reference points required by the Contractor and by soleiv responsible and reimburse Contractor for all reasonable costs of additional labor and material re- wired for work cau-Kd by underground conditions not normally encountered, (rack. quick-s:and- water. etc.).
