<br />edged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein calied.tre
<br />Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to
<br />survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair-, replace, extend, remove,
<br />and operate thereon, overhead and underground electric utilitg lines,%
<br />poles, anchors, cables, terminals, transformers, surface markers,-
<br />and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, alcing,
<br />across, underneath and through a tract of land located in part of
<br />Lot Five t, 5) of FIome Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, more particulary described as follows:
<br />The northerly sixteen (1G} feet of the easterly three
<br />hundred ten (310) feet of said Lot Five 45) of home
<br />Subdivision, said tract of Sand containing 0.11 acrd,
<br />more or less, as shown on the plat dated Sj2j?9, marked
<br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by
<br />reference;
<br />together with the following rights: Unrestricted ingress and egress
<br />to the abava descried tract of Iand for installation, ~i:ai:~tenance,
<br />operation and removal of such utilities and appurtenances.
<br />Such rielhts of ingress and egress shall include all rights
<br />necessary for the full. and complete use, occupation and enjoyment
<br />of the easement herein 7ranted, including the right to excavate and
<br />refill ditches and trenches; to remove, clear, and keep clear of
<br />trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowt!z and other obstructions irttc~rferincT
<br />with the surveying, construction, inspection, maintenance, repair,
<br />replacement, extension, removal or oper.atior. of such utilities. No
<br />imparvements, structures, buildings, or fences of any kind w;:atscever
<br />shall be allowed in, upon, above, along, across, ~.rnderneath or through
<br />the easement herein granted.
